Uploaded files are processed for the purpose of generating the requested interview-preparation outputs and for operating and improving the Interview Smart service. Files are retained only for a limited period and are deleted automatically within a short timeframe (typically within 72 hours), unless retention is required for operational, legal, or security reasons.
